Once you have contacted us, we will help you determine the extent of your loss and offer suggestions for immediate help. Next, we will report the loss to your insurance company. Once we know the severity of your loss, we file your claim and the company will assign an adjuster to help you. Many losses are small and we have claims authority to process your loss without company intervention.
